Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OwnerOps.pro website at ownerops.pro, the web application at app.ownerops.pro, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by OwnerOps.pro ("OwnerOps," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Description of Service

OwnerOps.pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides back-office management tools for trucking owner-operators and small fleet operators. The Service includes trip management, document organization, invoice generation, expense tracking, receipt scanning, and business analytics.

The Service is not:

• A dispatching service or load brokerage
• An accounting, tax preparation, or compliance service
• A substitute for professional legal, financial, or tax advice

You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, regulatory compliance, and financial decisions. OwnerOps.pro provides tools to help you organize your business records, but does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of data you enter or the outcomes of business decisions you make using the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Plans & Pricing

• Monthly plan: $99/month (includes 1 truck)
• Annual plan: $999/year (includes 1 truck — save $189 vs. monthly)
• Additional trucks: $29/month per additional truck

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your card will be charged.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at solutions@ownerops.pro. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Annual plan subscribers will not be affected by price changes until their next renewal date.

5. Your Data & Content

5.1 Ownership

You own your data. All business records, documents, invoices, expense data, and other content you upload or create using the Service remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

5.2 License

By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. This license terminates when your account is deleted.

5.3 AI Processing

When you upload documents for AI-powered data extraction (rate confirmations, receipts, etc.), those documents are processed by third-party AI services. We do not use your documents to train AI models. Document processing is performed solely to extract structured data for your use within the Service.

5.4 Data Export

You may export your data at any time using the export features within the Service (CSV export, PDF invoices, etc.).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on third-party rights
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use automated scripts to access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.) without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is the property of OwnerOps.pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-extracted data — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data processed by the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwnerOps.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OwnerOps.pro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OwnerOps.pro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your State/County].

13. Changes to These Terms
