1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics), and functional cookies necessary for the Service to operate

1.3 AI-Processed Data
When you upload documents (rate confirmations, receipts, etc.), our AI features powered by third-party services (such as OpenAI) process these documents to extract structured data. We do not use your uploaded documents or extracted data to train AI models. Document processing is performed solely to provide the Service to you.

- Extract data from uploaded documents using AI to create trip records, invoices, and expense entries

3. SMS / Text Messaging
SMS / Text Message Consent & Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from OwnerOps.pro, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of OwnerOps.pro at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:

Supported carriers: Major US and Canadian carriers are supported, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, Telus, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent data will only be shared with our SMS service provider(s) for the sole purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories of data disclosed in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.
